Pricing

• Our packages are never set in stone. We can create a package designed especially for your needs. • All session fees must be paid at the time of your session. • A deposit of 50% of the total order must be received before it can be processed. The balance is due when your portraits are picked up. • Once your order is processed, it can take up to 4-6 weeks for your order to be available for pickup. • Orders must be paid within 30 days of completion. All orders not paid in full within 30 days are forfeited along with any monies paid. • All prices are subject to sales tax. • We accept cash, checks, MasterCard, Visa, and PayPal. • All returned checks for any reason will be charged a $40.00 fee. • Retouching is for minimal corrections (soften eyes, fatigue lines, clear complexion) and is done for an extra charge. Stray hair, glass glare, glass distortion, braces, tan lines, tattoos require additional work and are retouched at the customer’s expense and request. • SPS Photography strives to make sure that you are 100% satisfied with your portraits. We will take every measure to ensure that you have portraits you’ll love forever! If you’re not 100% satisfied with your portraits, we will be more than happy to refund any session fees you have paid. • SPS Photography has the right to imprint and emboss all photographs. • All portraits/images/videos/CDs/DVDs done by SPS Photography are copyrighted by law. None of these are to be duplicated without written permission of our studio. Violation of copyright law is a federal offense. This includes but is not limited to copying/scanning for Facebook, MySpace, Websites, etc.
